REBi reviews her annual work plan 2019

The year 2019 started in style at REBi ltd offices. In organizational management it is very important  for  the work force to understand the strategic direction  an organizations decides to take. This is so because unless the workforce or human resources know where the organization needs to be,  then they may not effectively  contribute to the noble cause.

In the same vein, the MD REBi ltd  shared  a strategic direction  with  the staff  during the annual work  plan review meeting  held early this year. 

The annual work plan review was undertaken in an effort to achieve high productivity through effective and efficient  use of resources. The review also aimed at integrating the changes that had been made under the project: Vocational Training for Job creation in the Renewable Energy Value Chain in Uganda funded by The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kampala. During the review meeting,  key issues were raised and updates shared by the MD as she also oriented all staff on the key issues in the strategic direction for REBi ltd  2019.
